Well...guilty...I have broken a few rules when I was just a newbie.But I promise I'll never do it again cauz I learned!! 
....... Well my advise is just take it easy on the newbies if they have done a few mistakes but if they keep repeating them again after their warned...then they should be punished at once.But some even thought they have seen the mistakes ignore it.Well they don't have to but that's for making Ftalk a better place,right??
