it's clearly state that exept only in regional board meaning only at the section of Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. But I think that is not followed by other members
3. Avoid using any foul and offensive words, ALL CAPS, sTiCkY cApS when posting.
the offensive word is followed but the all caps and sticky caps, many still don't follow that
4. No spamming and flamming in any form.

5. No nudity and offensive content in any post including signatures and avatars.
I saw someone with that, but I think it's already reported
6. No other forum/site promotion posts.
well many does.. other put some link, then it'll go to their forum or site just to be member..
7. The usage of multiple accounts is not permitted.
there are members who I saw using 2 accts.
8. Multiple threads and posts with no purpose or clear direction are not allowed and will be considered as spam.
many are also doing that
9. Use descriptive title/subject for a new thread and post it on the right forum/category. Do some search before posting a new thread, to avoid thread duplication.
many are not following that
10. Signatures. Don't use more than one banner. Don't make it excessive and annoying. Maximum image height for signature is 200 px. No audio or video allowed. We have the right to edit or remove objectionable signature.
I reported someone already
11. Reputation points. You can only give reputation point if you've been registered for more than 2 weeks and your posts are more than 100. Mods and admins are able to see who is giving the reputation, and we will taking action against people who abuse the reputation system.
some are abusing it.. I hate them
12. Posts about anything related to software piracy and other illegal activities are prohibited.

13. Any kind of sales and promotion using forum post, private message, or any other forum features is not allowed.
I didn't see someone
14. If you come across a post or thread that looks like it's in direct violation of any of these rules, please report it (there is a report link next to every post). This is the best way to fight against spammers and troublemakers.
I don't know if some do care..

my suggestion is, please always check on us. and please if someone don't follow any of those rule, curse them. and if they do it again ban them. that's one way of makin' the ftalk a more better place ^_^

and also i agree to what shirow said, we should not only check on our co members but also our moderators..

We are not omniscient to do that 
we can't always check the activity of all the members here lol if we've encountered an anomalies about a member on our moderation then thats the time we take an action or if a member reports someone who are breaking the rules then it will be dealt with accordance

You don't need to tell that to us, we already know what should we do about those people who will broke it..

Of course we curse and ban members. And we always check on you guys. 
Just remember...
Moderators sleep too... Also, We talk about [b]those[/b] type of member first, before we take appropriate action. People change, so we give them chance[b]s[/b] (with an s). If they don't change... Of course... bye bye. 
Anyway, Having rule breakers, is a part of a successful forum. No rule breakers. and peace all the time means no moderators.
The fact is... We thank Rule breakers, Spammers and Trollers. Without them, their will be no moderators. Ironic fact, isn't it?

Hmm so you are suggesting us moderators to check always the activities of every members? Honestly that's quite impossible. The fact that there are heaps of members here in forum, we moderators have other priorities as well such as living our lives, go to work/school, and be with our families.
What I suggest is to help us make FriendsterTalk organized. Members can always send us reports whenever they see a member break the forum rules, and also follow the forum rules of course.

Well...guilty...I have broken a few rules when I was just a newbie.But I promise I'll never do it again cauz I learned!! ....... Well my advise is just take it easy on the newbies if they have done a few mistakes but if they keep repeating them again after their warned...then they should be punished at once.But some even thought they have seen the mistakes ignore it.Well they don't have to but that's for making Ftalk a better place,right??
