Well, I don't know if this has been posted or not. If so, please delete it Mods. I just wanna share this to others if they don't know this yet. I just found this when i was searching on Google so i thought maybe it would be helpful for us to know these...especially to those Food Lovers. When we eat foods, make sure that the food we are eating is safe. Because some foods have some side effects which are not very good for the body and for our health. Here are the List of Side Effects that can be caused by the food we eat:  Allergy Any food can cause allergy but in fact, just a handful of foods are to blame for 90% of allergic reactions. Most people with allergies are allergic to fewer than 4 foods. Common Foods causing Allergy: -Milk -Egg -Wheat -Soya -Fish -Shellfish(including mussels, crab and shrimps) -Tree Nuts -Peanuts Other foods that can also cause Allergy: -Garlic -Corn -Oats -Lentils -Kiwi fruit -Chilli peppers -Sesame seeds -Sunflower seeds -Spinach -Oranges -Chicken -Strawberries -Tomato -Pork -Beef  Bad Breath Foods that contain volatile sulfur compounds can cause Bad Breath. Foods that can cause Bad Breath: -Onions -Garlic- -Cabbage -Curry -Alcohol -Dairy Foods (in lactose intolerant persons) -Sugars  Body Odor Red meat and processed foods consumption has a negative impact on body odor attractiveness. Diarrhea This is mostly experienced by people after eating certain foods. (so no more diets!) Foods that can cause Constipation: -Meat - particularly beef, pork -Refined grain foods - biscuits, macaroni, cookies, pastries, bread, pasta, pretzels, rolls -Starchy foods - potatoes, rice, corn, beans -Dairy products - milk, cheese, ice cream[16] -Fast and prepackaged foods - hamburgers, fries, hotdogs, pizza, chips -Products heavy in sugar  Frequent Urination {this happens to me sometimes :/ ) Many foods high in vitamin C have natural diuretic properties and can lead to frequent bathroom visits.
