Well, I don't know if this has been posted or not. If so, please delete it Mods. I just wanna share this to others if they don't know this yet. I just found this when i was searching on Google so i thought maybe it would be helpful for us to know these...especially to those Food Lovers. When we eat foods, make sure that the food we are eating is safe. Because some foods have some side effects which are not very good for the body and for our health. Here are the List of Side Effects that can be caused by the food we eat:  Allergy Any food can cause allergy but in fact, just a handful of foods are to blame for 90% of allergic reactions. Most people with allergies are allergic to fewer than 4 foods. Common Foods causing Allergy: -Milk -Egg -Wheat -Soya -Fish -Shellfish(including mussels, crab and shrimps) -Tree Nuts -Peanuts Other foods that can also cause Allergy: -Garlic -Corn -Oats -Lentils -Kiwi fruit -Chilli peppers -Sesame seeds -Sunflower seeds -Spinach -Oranges -Chicken -Strawberries -Tomato -Pork -Beef  Bad Breath Foods that contain volatile sulfur compounds can cause Bad Breath. These foods have odors which are picked up by the blood system and are exhaled through the lungs up for several days after a meal. Foods that can cause Bad Breath: -Onions -Garlic- -Cabbage -Curry -Alcohol -Dairy Foods (in lactose intolerant persons) -Sugars  Body Odor Red meat and processed foods consumption has a negative impact on body odor attractiveness. Diarrhea This is mostly experienced by people after eating certain foods. Food that can cause Diarrhea -Sorbitol containing foods - apple juice, pear juice, and some mixed fruit drinks -Unripe fruits -Raw vegetables -Dairy products -Fatty foods -Spinach -Apricots -Plums -Sesame seed oils  Constipation The most common cause of constipation is a diet that is low in fiber and high in fat. (so no more diets!) Foods that can cause Constipation: -Meat - particularly beef, pork -Refined grain foods - biscuits, macaroni, cookies, pastries, bread, pasta, pretzels, rolls -Starchy foods - potatoes, rice, corn, beans -Dairy products - milk, cheese, ice cream[16] -Fast and prepackaged foods - hamburgers, fries, hotdogs, pizza, chips -Products heavy in sugar  Frequent Urination {this happens to me sometimes :/ ) Many foods high in vitamin C have natural diuretic properties and can lead to frequent bathroom visits. Foods that usually cause us to urinate -Water-melon -Melon -Cranberry juice -Cucumbers -Asparagus -Eggplant -Anise -Celery -Lemon -Cabbage -Coffee (in moderate amounts) -Tea  Stress (usually to overtime-working people) Certain foods and drinks act as powerful stimulants to the body and hence are a direct cause of stress. These foods are called "pseudostressors" or "sympathomimetics" Foods that cause stress -Caffeine containing foods (coffee, tea, colas and chocolates) -Alcohol -Refined sugar -Wite flour -Salt -Saturated fats -Processed foods. Processed foods, such as junk foods and fast foods, contain synthetic additives - preservatives, emulsifiers, thickeners, stabilizers and flavor-enhancers  Insomnia There are both foods that can help you fall asleep and foods that will keep you awake. Sleepy foods are the foods that contain a chemical - an amino acid - called tryptophan. Foods that cause Insomnia -Caffeine containing foods - coffee, tea, cola, cocoa, chocolate -Alcohol -Sugar -Fatty food -Spicy food -Food additives (MSG, artificial colours, flavourings) Sleepiness (Sleepy Foods...zzzzzzz... :wasted:) High-carbohydrate, low-protein combination is thought to increase the availability of tryptophan to the brain, which helps it make more melatonin and serotonin. Foods that cause sleepiness -Dairy products: cottage cheese, cheese, milk -Soy products: soy milk, tofu, soybean nuts -Honey -Almonds -Banana -Poultry -Whole grains -Beans -Rice -Oatmeal -Hummus -Lentils -Turkey -Hazelnuts -Peanuts -Avocado -Eggs -Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds -Papaya  Kidney Stones In general, certain foods increase the risk for stones, but only in people who have genetic or medical vulnerability. People whose diets are high in animal protein and low in fiber and fluids may be at higher risk for stones. -Rhubarb -Spinach -Beets -Swiss chard -Wheat germ -Soy foods -Peanuts -Strawberries -Chocolate and cocoa foods -Black Indian tea -Sweet potatoes -Fructose -Apple juice -Grapefruit juice -High sodium foods -Meat protein -Salt  Tooth Decay (see the dentist at once!) The higher the intake of sugars, the higher increase of caries all over the surface. Foods high in sugar: -Honey -Jam -Sticky sweets (dried fruits, sugar-coated cereal, cake, cookies, caramel, taffy, candies) -Chocolate -Peanut butter -Crackers -Chips -Starchy foods (bread, rice) -Soft drinks  Tears If you where cooking something with onions, you probably know what this is. You slice an onion and shed tears as a result. And that would be all that I'm sharing. Hope you guys learned something....

This is truly helpful and informative. Moreover, I just want to ask something (out of my curiosity), what will be the effect of eating a banana cue? Banana is a food that cause sleepiness, while sugar cause insomnia.
