He broke then rules, he got cursed, he kept on doing irresponsible post and finally, he got banned. He is a pioneer member so his banning period was not that grave. He was given a first and second warning only because... Come on, he already has 3000+ post. Obviously he is familiar with the rules by now... Besides you guys keep ignoring the facts.
