after recruiting Lucretia, Lelei and Cius, and reporting to Salum, go back to Agate prison with Lelei and Cius in your party.. You'll encounter Takamu in the cells.. He will ask you to help him find a missing thing, go to the basement of the prison, and you'll find it there...
