The spamming in the chatbox isn't that much of a problem. It's normal for a chatbox to be spammed by people/bots/members with test words like asdf/random letters and emoticons. The main problem is... Post containing vulgar and explicit words, or harmful websites. I think a delete post function found on the chatbox that can be accessed by moderators is one way to lessen the trolling (I guess). Also additional moderators that are natural chatters (http://theftalk.com/t50803-New-Moderators.html ). Good at making conversations and so-on. All they moderate is the chatbox. Of course, not all the time. All they have to do is to report to a Section moderator the username and proof of the offense... Then we will chatbox ban the accused for a definite or indefinite period (Duration is based on the grave of offense. Forum ban can be applied.).
