Achieving talkers rank isn't that hard. That's why i don't agree with the suggestion to prohibit newbie from posting on the chatbox. Beside that, this kind of action will lead us to a more spammers situation. Filtering some words won't work. Bad/vulgar/uneducated words could be posted in many ways (eg. lingos). Imagine how many words that need to be filtered. I do agree with ephe suggestion. Hiring some mods to moderate the chatbox. And put a single report button for the wholechatbox, if the suggestion of putting report buttons on each posts is hard to be implemented. You can use the report button to report any illegal actions, and don't forget to enclose the poster's username and the post's time. Or if it is okay to you, just PM the mods the printscreen.
