it depends on what you're trying to capture.. it has to be an image not flash or video or w/e. uhm, try pasting it somewhere else, i believe wordpad will accept images & w/e photo editing software you have. Do that after you've pressed PRINT SCRN right away. If it doesnt work, maybe you need to restart.
