so. this is a new laptop.
but i clcik Prt Sc it doesn't work when i paste (CTRL+V) to ms paint
so is there another way????????

Just try to press again the Print SS on your keyboard..
and paste to MS Paint..

I can help you download fraps.com its free 
you can use that to take screens.
You can take screen shots with that easly and any where...

it depends on what you're trying to capture.. it has to be an image not flash or video or w/e. uhm, try pasting it somewhere else, i believe wordpad will accept images & w/e photo editing software you have. Do that after you've pressed PRINT SCRN right away. If it doesnt work, maybe you need to restart.

Print SS means [b] Print Screen [/b] you will see it after the [b] F12 [/b] button

try to click the [b]Alt + Fn + PrntScrn[/b] buttons to your laptop for screenshots

Fraps you can use that you can take screen shots by using any bottun you want and you can save it in your file you where desire to save it.
Example i can use f4 to take a screen shot and save it in c/: when i take my screen shot
