Wow a life question. Here's my answer. Only 8 hours? and I will work my butt off harder. It's just commonsense. Follow your boss better and respect him, for him to respect you too. I work my butt off, usually 10 to 15 hours nonstop, and now... they are the ones after me if they want a job done, why? I do my job well. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention that my mother isn't with me anymore for 8 years now so I was already working my butt off for my family since 3rd year High School. Ironic isn't it? Now here I am. Living my life... Moderating and waiting to be called by job offers here in our area of course studying and helping my family. BTW. I am not complaining about my life conditions and unfairness because it's my problem to face alone or with my acquaintances. Only a self esteem lacking idiot will ask questions on what to do with their lives. Oops, no offense. It's the truth anyway.[/quote]
yes only 8 hours. after my break i will continue my job untill my reliever time-in. i understand why most of my co-employees resign in that company because the system is unjust. you're statement is definitely wrong due to you dont know the scenario what happened in the company. im the type of person had the pleasant personality even though they dont respect me. we can report that store manager if we want because we have all the strong evidences however we still respect him although his wrong altering our DTR.
yes better not to complain because this is our destiny set by god to challenge us. as for my self im not complaining, fortunate im happy all the challenges comes in my life.
