Here's my answer. Only 8 hours? and I will work my butt off harder. It's just commonsense. Follow your boss better and respect him, for him to respect you too. I work my butt off, usually 10 to 15 hours nonstop, and now... they are the ones after me if they want a job done, why? I do my job well. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention that my mother isn't with me anymore for 8 years now so I was already working my butt off for my family since 3rd year High School. Ironic isn't it? Now here I am. Living my life... Moderating and waiting to be called by job offers here in our area of course studying and helping my family. BTW. I am not complaining about my life conditions and unfairness because it's my problem to face alone or with my acquaintances.
