This is only my opinion to this I think you mean its like a warning note in a user, telling how many rules he/she violates. This is the disadvantage for that. If a user for example have warning note or warning count, it will be a shame for that person if someone see it in public. a user will lose a confident to post. Someone can think he/she is such a 'rule breaker' It will affect the personality of a person. Its better if only Moderators/Administrator can see a user's warning status count or a note to protect a user's dignity Hope you get my point
