mr. nimiel, howcome we as newbies dont have the authority to vote what is necessary about your suggestion? as it was theres no equality here. however i agree with your suggestion not only for newbies and members have this warning bar, it must be to everybody/everyone.

indeed because generally on their own conclusion, all newbies are nothing with it comes in decision making and blah blah blahh however its okey and not a big deal anyway.

Rather than a warning bar. Why not a Contribution Bar instead? Let's take this in a positive way... The contribution bar will be based on your actions, not the moderators alone... Anyway, if you guys want a warning bar. Sure, request on ahead.
