I'm thinking bout this idea. I think this would be great to give members here a chance to design the style/theme for this forum. How do you guys think ? And is it possible admin ?

I think anime themes might break some copyrights. You'll need a Creative Common License. 
Some anime industries are too strict in terms copyrights.

A logo contest, would seem nice though... But a theme contest, has a good feel to it.
