I don't really like the contribution bar. Seeing from the reputation system, it gets a little bias. I usually see that a lot of well-known people only get a lot of +repu although there are others who try to contribute for the good. I'll go for the warning bar. The violator deserves shame for what they did! What? Are you so scared somebody will see how you behaved in front of the Mods?
