Its really necessary to us(boys) student on our school especially if we are in a high curriculum that our hair should be in clean cut, You know what I mean when I say clean cut right?. Means, Long hair is not allowed. My best advise for you is go to the barber shop and have a haircut immidiately. You are right that its not included on the DepEd's order. But since you are in their school. They have the rights to implement some rules and regulations. And its a must to the students/teachers to follow the rules and regulations around the campus.
