its like hes very strict..,
i never found cutting hairs on dep ed orders website...,
please help me..,
it happend to me last time..,
and i dont want to happen it again...,

I've been through this kind of situation before when I was in High School. Its really necessary to us(boys) student on our school especially if we are in a high curriculum that our hair should be in clean cut, You know what I mean when I say clean cut right?. Means, Long hair is not allowed. My best advise for you is go to the barber shop and have a haircut immidiately.
You are right that its not included on the DepEd's order. But since you are in their school. They have the rights to implement some rules and regulations. And its a must to the students/teachers to follow the rules and regulations around the campus. Good Luck bro.

i find this rule very ANNOYING
you're right, this wasn't in the rules of deped..
i'm also wondering why are they doing that, having a long hair doesn't affect your studies btw

In public schools, the teachers are allowed to do that.
Yesterday, my Adviser cut my hair. 
But only a bit. Because the scissor that she used is not that sharp.
