For me, Nintendo is.. I dunno why I get easily bored w/ the ps3's game. I mean, it seems like nothing change, still playing the traditional way. Only the graphics where improve and I still feel the same way when playing the old ps2 consoles. I really hate the excuse "for kids". whats the big deal? it doesn't change the fact that the console is great. Kids are gamers to, aren't they? so are they not count? graphics alone is not the bases how consoles is judge. the important is, how the console makes the player be more part of the game and nintendo always value that. Nintendo focuses on bringing consoles to near virtual reality machines and nor sony & microsoft near that. and are video games only for gamers? so if the console is more popular to casual people(who is not even interested to video games) , does that mean the console is not good enough to capture the heart of a person who is not even interested on video games? aren't you wondering why nintendo is popular to casual people? well maybe because they give the best interactive experience out there. thank you...
