the best way to fall asleep is not burden your minds with anything, drink a milk it can increase your sleeping hormone or take a relaxing bath so to relax all your overworked muscles and lay you down to sleep. Prevent doing stressful activities 3 hours before bedtime and spent your day doing something instead of sleeping or sitting in front of the monitor..
