Unfortunately, the companies being ripped-off need compensation for their pirated software, that's why they only target and raid large or legitimate companies/businesses and big shots who makes the money cut in their quota. Well... being business oriented. That's my point of view. Why hunt down the small piracy shops who sells probably 10k to 20k a day than graphic designing companies that rakes in probably 50k to 100k a day...? specially this election season.
