I'm not saying this as a bad thing but... it may jeopardize the trust and security of your company.
Though I'm not saying this as a show-off but... why do they target large businesses? Shouldn't the PAPT hunt down the MAJOR PIRATES hiding in small business districts? They are the ones selling the pirated software right? They are the ones who gave the EU the guilt to buy it because of its cheapness.
Anyway, forget that theory.
Why should they fine pirates with no money to pay 1.5m when large companies that have been tricked pay more if caught
. 1.5m sounds nice...
. But now, our manager is looking for an OS for our office's pcs xD.

I agree. They should target shops that are selling pirated softwares. Maybe it's our fault too cause we buy them and continue to use them but if there are no pirated software, we have no choice but to buy the licensed one.
Another problem are the engineers who are continuously installing pirated softwares without telling us(especially when the owner of the pc doesn't know about genuine things like me when I was a child). If they will tell us that we should buy licensed software, we will buy it and it will be stucked to our mind that we should buy licensed softwares.
I think they also target small business like Internet Cafes(not sure).

Why hunt down the small piracy shops who sells probably 10k to 20k a day than graphic designing companies that rakes in probably 50k to 100k a day...? specially this election season.
