The computer already has 6 fans. Anyway, nobody in our area sell HDD exhaust fans or HDD heat sinks.

CPU is only 36% to 43%. Anyway, dust + electricity = fried dust and soot. So dust isn't ideal either, specially if you want to keep your motherboard alive a long time.
