cesarean has two purposes... or maybe 3. but i kinda forgot the 3rd. though I could be wrong. 1st is usually because the baby is too big to go outside the vagina. 2nd is because of life and death situations. e.g. the baby might choke in his/her umbilical cord if went the normal process, or usually unborn and must be removed from mother because baby is already dead. harsh but I think it's true... I think the 3rd is related to life and death situations or maybe because they want to? anyway, just sharing my thoughts...
