I have noticed that people who has a costumized rank cannot have this badge. Mod Aya has 41 referrals and still doesn't have one. Ex-Mod bobcbar has 21 and still doesn't have one. Mod Nizam has 135 referrals and still doesn't have one. Can admin edit this so that they could have the badge as well. :] thanks. X]
