As said, 20 referral counts and 200 referral post counts. Maybe they got 20 referral counts and up but they didn't get the 200 ref. post counts. [:

I think there's none, customized rank doesn't necessarily change the badges that can be obtain, this is my opinion though. I also think, all the badges are obtainable, even though you have a customized rank. (: I think it's the same with just having a normal rank. (:
as for the first question, I really didn't know anything about the promoter badge. XDD k nvm. :-j
