I have noticed that people who has a costumized rank cannot have this badge. Mod Aya has 41 referrals and still doesn't have one. Ex-Mod bobcbar has 21 and still doesn't have one. Mod Nizam has 135

I think there's none, customized rank doesn't necessarily change the badges that can be obtain, this is my opinion though. I also think, all the badges are obtainable, even though you have a customized rank. (: I think it's the same with just having a normal rank. (:
as for the first question, I really didn't know anything about the promoter badge. XDD k nvm. :-j
