[b]Chapter 38[/b] [i][u]Denver’s POV[/u][/i] I felt awkward after saying it but she seems very happy. Denver once again talked not Tyler. I asked her to go home baka kasi may stupidity nanaman akong magawa. We were in the middle of nowhere and the rain poured! Oh great! The only thing you can see is an abandoned shed nearby. I parked my motor near the shed and shared my jacket with her. When we reached the shed I looked at her, I know are faces are inches away but still I can’t help myself but to move closer and kiss her. And yes! I kissed her and worst part is she kissed back- I wanted her to kiss back if I am Denver but she kissed back that I’m Tyler? How I wish I didn’t agree to hang-out with her!- After the kiss we were like shock then gulped at the same time. “So-Sorry” I said looking away. “Forget about it.” she said then sat in the end of the shed. As she did that, I sat too in the opposite end of the shed. I feel so dumb for doing so, and now nag-dilang anghel na si Tita. I can see her confused to whom to love. I sighed and heard a taxi stopped in front of us. Paige went in and off they go. I stood up and pulled my hair. I rode my motor a few minutes when the rain settles down a little. After an hour I arrived home and tita was waiting for me in the sala. It was 7 exact and I know she’s going to ask about the ‘hang-out’. “How do things go?” she said while smiling widely. I just simply kissed her in the cheek and walk away to the kitchen. I grab the gallon of ice cream- cookies and cream- and went up. “Going to my room tita!” I shouted when I reached my room. I sat down in my bed and started eating. I put 3 big spoons of ice cream then accidentally glanced at Tyler in the mirror. I threw my ball in the wall and I broke the mirror. I finished up the ice cream- yea, I can eat 1 gallon- I took the broom and cleaned up the broken pieces of the mirror. Then I took a quick shower then turned myself to Denver. And good! I succeeded! [i][u]Paige’s POV[/u][/i] I went to preschool even though I know I’ll see ‘HIM’ again. Suprisingly noong nakarating ako sa preschool walang motor na nakapark. “Tita si Tyler po?” I asked Tita since wala pa ung mga bata. “Hindi pa nagparamdam sa akin since yesterday anak eh.” she said while shooking her head. “Tita puwede po ba siyang bisitahin?” Kasi naman baka nagkasakit na un kasi iniwan ko siya kagabi. Nadala lang sorry. “Sige ok lang anak.” She said then welcome the children. I rode a taxi since it is a kilometre away. Ayoko namang makita niya ako na pawis na pawis no! I saw Jack, wala ata silang klase kasi faculty meeting. “Jack! Si Kuya Tyler mo?” I asked as he stood in the door. “Nandoon sa kuwarto niya ate.” he said then pointed the first door upstairs. I went up and slowly open his door. The first thing I saw was the broken mirror. Tsk, what the hell did he do last night. Malinis naman kuwarto niya un lang kasi mirror. I saw him in the bed and in my shock... “De-Denver!” I screamed. He quickly rose in his bed and held my hand before I could reach the door. “Ako si Tyler! I just pretended to protect you!” he said calmly. I faced him crying. “Protect me? From who?” I said angrily. “Kara is here!” I felt so confused! I mean so what! “Why did you need to pretend?” I answered calmly. “I... can’t tell you.” he said then looked away. “But why!?” I said desperately. “It is against your mother’s will.” he said simply. WTH? “Don’t you bring my mother to this conversation!” I said then walked away. I ran downstairs and Jack saw me. “What happened?” he said but I didn’t even answer and walked away! I saw Denver looking from his window. He didn’t even manage to chase me! [i][u] Denver’s POV [/u][/i] I changed my clothes, well, my usual fashion. I went down and saw Jack glaring ate me. “What?!” I said curiously. “What the heck did you do with Ate Paige?” he said worried about her. “Just let me borrow your skateboard and I’ll fix it.” he pushed his skateboard to me and off I go. Well, I know some tricks I stopped in front of Paige’s house. I entered the gate without knocking ‘cause I know they won’t let me in. I stood outside the door and started talking. “Paige, if you could hear me... I love you and I know you can feel it. Sorry for pretending... I just can’t tell you the reason... Hope you understand and don’t worry you’ll know it in the right time.” I was about to live when the guys opened the door. “Mind if we come skate with you?” they said then went to me. We are on the park now. I pulled a trick then asked a question. “So what is Paige doing?” They shrugged their shoulder. “She’s crying...” Rex said simply. “Is she hurt?” “No, just confused.” Keith said calmly. “So what do you think I should do?” They all looked at each other. “Don’t show yourself to her until her debut.” Mike said seriously. “O-ok” I said looking down. “Where is Kara anyway?” Rex asked nervously.
