image manipulation in photoshop has no specific ACCURATE WAY.
anyway since you know the MORE ACCURATE WAY THINGY,
can you make MORE ACCURATE WAY of making this:

since u said that its only 3 layers..

, though i dont know how did u put that inside the text..well, its just a guess!!
