Possible solutions. Try one after another if the first fails...
[li]Try this on cmd. C: locksys:off[/li]
[li]Check the bios for write protect option and turn it off... if it doesn't have any. Ignore this.[/li]
[li]Fix the jumper on the HDD. [/li]
[li]Remove the HDD for 1 hour and after restard. chkdsk it through cmd.[/li]
