nevermind asking the ISP. im sure they will answer the same line, (it depends upon your location) their favorite line.
my firmware version is 11.608.14.12.158 that is very hard to open line and this is the first time i noticed it has connection with the firmware about the compatibility of the software that maybe some people said nothing happened increasing the internet connection using a software!
