Mendoza is just another common criminal to begin with, they could have killed him using many options available. Alas his job being a police senior inspector [b]could[/b] have cause the SF and crisis management to doubt themselves... well... is it really easy to kill a senior officer you know and respected and suddenly turned insane? If I remembered he was a decorated officer. Just some thought if we look at it at a psychological manner. Oh well... I smell racist era coming.
