Well, here is the update from my question. Okay, the command for CMD C: locksys:off is working. But still the Program files and Windows is in write protected. Then I found out the IT disable the gpedit.msc but the services.msc is not. Also, file sharing is disabled. Also, media player is disabled. I guess the IT really don't want to enjoy our work. Ha3...
