I always wonder if the newly registered still read the main rules? I think some just register just for the fun of it... I am not saying 70% of newly members don't read the rules after registering b

At the Introduction section it helps when we remind them. But I don't know if they really read and understand these Rules. Coz i keep seeing people breaking them.
