Its not really i virus but a spyware. when your pc is infected with it, an error message would pop up saying that your computer is infected w/ unknown trojan and requires you to download their rogue anti-spyware program everytime you browse a site. obviously they are advertising their software.. and I can't agree with you that it is the strongest one because that rogue spyware can be easily remove manually.
