I tried all status bar scripts (CSS and javascript) here, but sad to say they do not work now on new browsers like IE7 and MOzilla Fireforx 2003-up. Please update your scripts. Handy Tip : Newer browsers are plugging holes that allowed scripts to use areas of the browser, such as the status bar, to convey messages. Always try a script and if it doesn't work then perhaps considers using scrolling text placed near the bottom of the page as an alternative.
