Just asking here... what's the use of the bin thing.. I mean, you can't post anthing in there coz it's the bin.. and u can alwas lock the topic in a certain category or permanently delete it.. Is this

u should be ask dis on help section,, 
coz i think,,all of the members here,,know wat is da use of our BIN,,
i cant see any feedbacks from ur post,,
