Just wanna ask those using PLDT myDSL as their service provider... esp. in cavite area
I'm currently using Digitel Digital1 as my service provider... It is
fast and smooth but the problem is... I always got disconnected...
sometimes 2 to 3 times a month for 2 days or more... my ISP
contract will expire this May... I'm planning to convert using PLDT...
so for those using myDSL... my question is....
Does my ISP problem also happens in myDSL? Is it normal?
Does PLDT has a good service response team when contacting them
when you're disconnected or is it also just a call center service company
that only record or relay your messages...
