I'm currently using Digitel Digital1 as my service provider... It is
fast and smooth but the problem is... I always got disconnected...
sometimes 2 to 3 times a month for 2 days or more... my ISP
contract will expire this May... I'm planning to convert using PLDT...
so for those using myDSL... my question is....
Does my ISP problem also happens in myDSL? Is it normal?
Does PLDT has a good service response team when contacting them
when you're disconnected or is it also just a call center service company
that only record or relay your messages...
sorry mods if i posted this topic here if this is a wrong section...
just don't know where to post this... coz i find FTalk Philippines more
on teenage stuff... Thanx

hehe in not from cavite but I live in sta rosa laguna (tagaytay side)
im using pldt mydsl and its fast and smooth also.. we dont get diconnected and we dont encounter problems.. wahaha..

^really?oooh,you're lucky..
i use DSL and just recently(yesterday,to be exact) they had a problem..their internet connection got disconnected,for,like,the whole morning..

maybe its because we soo near from pldt.. i mean were just a bicycle away from pldt..

wow!! just the whole morning?!! still so lucky then!!
when i got disconnected it takes about 2 to 3 days
before get connected again..

I hope there's someone from dasmarinas area will
response... coz i also got different response from
net shop around here... and most of them are using
Globe and Digitel and also not sure if PLDT myDSL
is really good as others say... Thanx guys!!

wahaha.. if the service is waht we are going to talk about.. well its not good im afraid..
we waited like 2 months to have dsl.. and the afterservice is too slow.. i mean it takes a while before they respond to your problem..

im also using pldt mydsl
for about 3 moths i think..
and i didn't encounter any problem on it..
yeah!
it's really fast..
i'm from bulacan..
