It is wise to have a backup HTML with your CSS layout in it. Actually it is better to judge the layouts a generic HTML that the moderators will provide, and the judges or the contest conductors will test the .css files of the contestants into that HTML page. Lol. I am actually excited on this one. It's much more organized and easier to manage than my previous contest because it only allows css layouts. Hehehe.. Good luck to all participants.
