The first one shall be the elimination rounds. We will select the Top 15 most layout makers. The second one shall be the finals. The Top 15 shall create a different layout, different from the previous entrie on the elimination rounds. Of course the theme is still the same. Lol. Can I comment? Forgive me for this Ephe. Hehehe.. I can't help myself on giving a comment. -- Anyway I agree on Ephemeral's suggestion. It is wise to have a backup HTML with your CSS layout in it. Actually it is better to judge the layouts a generic HTML that the moderators will provide, and the judges or the contest conductors will test the .css files of the contestants into that HTML page. Lol. I am actually excited on this one. It's much more organized and easier to manage than my previous contest because it only allows css layouts. Hehehe.. Good luck to all participants.
