pls. speak in english...
youll have to ulpoad your css codes in a hosting file like ripway.com
then ull put yer uploaded css file url in "URL of anyfilename.css HERE"
like the one below...
<link href=URL of anyfilename.css HERE rel=stylesheet type=text/css>
then paste in yer ABOUT me Section...
