Yes they work it depends on if the code calls for "content_18" or just "18"

if you see a css code which starts at [b]#[/b] <- it's about the div_id, span_id, h2_id or any id..
but if starts at [b].[/b] <- talks about div_class, or span class.. or anything that talks about class..
