if you really want to have a diet. eat... but not that much, eat little but often times... in eating little but often, the food is easily digested rather than lots of food at once

stress. staying up late helps, in terms of losing weight. more water, less "fat" foods and excercise! 300 push ups! roflol :lol:

eat food with small portion. don't binge. and drink plenty of liquids. it doesn't hurt to add excercise with your diet, either.

Talk to a real nutritionist and establish what goals you have..you need follow the guidance that is given when eating...thats what I did and lost 20 pounds (9 Kg) in 4 months :D
