I tried it for a month, but i hate it when it loses them borders.
I think [b]TopDesk[/b] needs to fix that bug, especially when I'm using glass skins.

I really really really wanted to have a new theme for my Sony VIAO, but I wouldn't recommend this for laptops. 
I just spent an hour or 2 trying to troubleshoot. It wouldn't load my personal settings when I entered my password, instead it gave me an error called svchost.exe My computer wouldn't login, so I had to use safe mode. Luckily a program popped up that would allow me to revert everything to Tuesday.
Instead of having a new appearance, I went back in time
And Inspirat & Windowblinds looked so cool too

do you have SP3? 
as far as i know Msft had not released yet the SP3 and its still in Pre-Beta. Or maybe you refer to a unattended bootable winxp installer with pre-moded vista style themes and pre-installed software whom the maker of that said installler named it WinXP SP3?
anyway try this AllienGuistheme suite.

ive tried those stuff..first, i got a CustomizerXp..which has widgets, objects and anything for ur desktop..but ive encountered problems bcoz of that..i also used WindowBlinds..
now.. i just use vista inspirat..
heres what my desktop luks like now..though its tooo plain..

i used to use bricopack vista inspirat but the slide effects and transition in my windows movie maker were gone... and when i uninstalled it the transitions and effects were back.... waaaaaahhhhhh
