Make sure you used the css codes in ur external css, you might need to adjust the padding

and also, this codes not related on WVM or Onloadhandler,
coz it already have it.

^ the 1st post doesn't have the onload handler thing i just got that from feruz other codes and pasted it coz i read other posts in this thread saying about onload handler thing(sorry, am not really good with this), just tried it and luckily it worked! 
curious: is it really natural if I am the one viewing my profile it wont appear but if i use other account it will appear? coz its like that.....

If you already have other js codes just use the js injector for this one, it works great that way.

sorry for being silly but i am having prob with the codes it works in my other accounts but it wont work with some; here is my sample, this is only the codes attached in this profile and it wont work just loading pls w8 is there
