If you mean css linker no, you need to use the css injector that is at the top of the tracker.txt to insert the url to ur external css. Only 1 linker code should be used on ur profile.

Why is that a problem, there is a menu option at the top right side of ripway that say create a file, just create the empty file named mv.txt

There is nothing wrong its working according to ur tracker.php file someone already viewed ur profile. I can not view it because the link you posted on ftalk is
