Hahaha yeah.. I guess for now we can use the "[b]Admin Note[/b]". 
Use it to write something on a persistent rule breaker, and have it visible to everyone!
Any mods however [u]shouldn't abuse this feature[/u].
Anyone who tries otherwise will be punished, as well, that's what I think.

I thought it's visible to the public.
That would have been great, would be very useful now if it was.
No wonder [i]balugs[/i]/[i]hironojun[/i] still have no idea what we know about him.
In FSC (a torrent forum), notes are visible to the public.
And it's quite funny, cos the admin there makes money from it.
For a certain member to have a note, he must donate any amount for the website.

^ knowing that, we can still somehow utilize that feature to put 'secret notes' that either contain warnings or notices to the members that is being noted.

we'll put rules there??

Once we put rules on each of the sections,
that means it's automatically implemented.
It would then be the responsibility of a certain member/mod
if ever he/she haven't read those rules,
and some.
So far, that's all the defense we could do if
ever those violators would, you know,
speak against a mod.
Hope ALL the mods would agree on this one.
And kindly suggest some if there are
missing rules.. please..
