there's no point in him doing that. Wasn't he banned before? Even if he wants to register again, he needs a new e-mail, then if his IP will be banned, he will need a new IP address. It's more work for him than it is for the mods

actually! i experienced cursed member, i admit it! but its okay! i learned from it...it was one of the lowest experience i ever had! my computer got infected by virus, then pop ups went crazy! ahh... so members, before posting 1st use ur common sense to read the rules & regulation! ciao.... beware in posting!
