my line up's pretty good :
I have avira antivir for my antivirus.
Spybot S&D and Ad-aware SE for my antispyware.
I also have registry mechanic for fixing registry problems and
CCleaner for cleaning junk.
I used to have Comodo for my firewall but it slows down my internet, i might try Zonealarm as many of you suggested 
also try mcafee siteadvisor, it checks the security on websites when you search on google or yahoo

i use NOD32 and DeepFreeze 
System Disk = Freeze Mode
Other Driver = Thawed Mode
i frequently dive into the deepest of the wide wide web, if infection occurs, rebooting disenfect my system
NOD32 prevent infections from jumping to my other drives.

i use deep freeze on one my computers that i use for all my dirty works.
